3 Stellar Champagne Pairings

On other occasions when you need a bite to go with your sip, there are myriad options on our menu perfect for pairing your fizzy to. Here are some of our go-to’s.

#1. Sydney Rock Oysters

Let Champagne meet Champagne with a dozen of our delicious Sydney Rock oysters, served au naturale with a zingy Champagne mignonette - the perfect complement to those salty, briny beauties of the sea.

#2. Tuna Crudo

Already a fan favourite, our tuna crudo is an even more satisfying starter when paired with bubbles. The richness of the soft, velvety tuna is kindly cut with the acidity and freshness of the Champagne. And then in comes the balance of cucumber, red peppers and anchovy in the dish, and trust us, you’ll never look back.

#3. Chips & Toum

Before you scoff, you posh little thing you, be honest, you’ve never met a French fry you didn’t like. And sometimes there’s simply nothing more comforting than the crunch of a perfectly-crispy chippy. Double that down with our luscious and bold toum - Lebanese garlic sauce - and you have yourself a refined, delicious combo that is only enhanced by the presence of Champagne, to cut through the cream, saltiness and crunch.
